By visiting and using the ShoppingMole website, and following any of the numerous links to Retailer websites you acknowledge and agree to the conditions, disclaimers and obligations as set out below. If you do not agree to these conditions of use, please do not proceed with any purchase or other use of this website.

Only New Zealand based purchasers can buy through the ShoppingMole website. If there is a claim or dispute with ShoppingMole it will be decided under New Zealand law in a New Zealand court.

All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars and if GST is not shown separately then GST is included in the listed price. We are not responsible if price lists are inaccurate or out of date. Make sure you check the final amount payable before you confirm your purchase to ensure that it is the same as the listed price you intended paying.
 
Any money that is paid directly to ShoppingMole by you will be held on trust as between you and the Retailer until such time that we release the money to the Retailer. Once received by ShoppingMole, your obligation to pay the Retailer is satisfied.
All delivery, insurance and packing costs and details need to be arranged directly with the Retailer either through the website purchase process, or separately after the order has been made.

ShoppingMole is not a retailer or seller of any of the items listed on our website (or a linked Retailer website). This means that ShoppingMole is not selling you products or services, we are just listing them on behalf of the Retailers. We are not part of the buying / selling process and cannot guarantee that the Retailer will comply with their obligations. (Consider us a web based shopping mall, we own the mall, but we are not the individual shops).

ShoppingMole does not guarantee the quality or performance of any product or service you purchase. The Retailer or supplier is responsible to you just as if you had purchased from their physical shop or business. You will have legal rights of return, refund and replacement with the Retailer and any claims or returns must be dealt with directly with the Retailer. ShoppingMole does not have any product return or complaint facility.

While ShoppingMole will take as much care as possible in ensuring accuracy reliability or completeness of any information/content provided within this site use of this site is at your own risk. ShoppingMole does not guarantee the content of this, or any of the third-party sites we link to.
